In case you haven't noticed, women 60 and over have incredible strength and resilience. We have wisdom, knowledge and understanding that transcends time and space. The problem is that, most of the time, we are incredibly busy taking care of our loved ones, our friends, acquaintances, etc. Most of us are caregivers in one form or another, so much so, that when it comes to self-care, we tend to fall through the cracks. Many times, we don't realize the importance of self-care until it's too late, and we've fallen prey to some type of ailment.
